EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All items purchased from DFW89’s online store can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items for exchange/return must be mailed to the following address:

You must fill out the Returns Form, print it out and attach it to the order you wish to exchange/return.
Exchanges
In case of Exchange, you can only choose a different size or color from the original order.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned order and confirm the conditions for exchange/return, DFW89 will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item, in the same way you purchased it.
The reimbursement is made within a maximum of 15 working days, depending on the bank entities involved.
If the payment of the order was made through an ATM reference, you must put the IBAN on the form in order to proceed with the refund.
If the returned items do not meet the exchange/return requirements, DFW89 reserves the right not to accept the exchange/return and to refuse a refund.
If you believe that the item you received is not in the normal or usual condition or according to the terms, you should contact us.
Send us an email to dfw89malhasdf@gmail.com with an explanation of the situation, including photographs that make it possible to perceive and evaluate the defect.
