We deliver to Portugal mainland and islands, and Europe (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Belgium, except EU islands).
Items, in Standard Shipping mode, take up to 3 business days to be delivered by the carrier.
Up to 70€ the cost of postage is 3.89€ and from that amount the postage is free.
The products that appear in the online store correspond to our stock. However, it is possible that the model you want to buy is not available in the size or color you want.
We emphasize the importance of the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of each product. DFW89 is not responsible for any damage that results from improper handling of the products.
We do not have a booking service for items in the online store.

• Credit card: enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV code on the back of the card. Payment will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial institution in question.
• ATM: We will send to your email an entity, a reference and the value of your order that you can settle at any ATM (or Homebanking).
• MB WAY: MB WAY is an interbank solution that allows you to pay for your order quickly and conveniently via your smartphone. All you need to do is to have the MB WAY application and associate your bank card with your cell phone number at the ATM.
VAT is included in the price of all items available in our online store.
The deadline for any exchange or return is 30 days from the date of delivery.
The shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
You must send us the item by mail to Edifício Serafim de Carvalho, Loja 17, R/C, Rua Santa Maria 4775-269 Viatodos.
Once the item is with us and we have verified that it is in perfect condition, we will return it to you. The money will be returned to the customer according to the payment method used in the order.
The customer can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us.
Once the order has been shipped it is no longer possible to cancel it. In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email and/or cell phone so that we can help you as soon as possible.
If you are unable to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact the carrier, through their Customer Service line, so they can reschedule the delivery for another day.
